The Law Office of Vanessa A. Gonzalez focuses on immigration law and related legal matters that affect the immigrant community and their families. Attorney Gonzalez established the firm in 2014, after years of working as a supervising immigration attorney for larger general practice firms, seeking to provide the community with a more personalized client experience. We strive to not treat our clients like a number. This means we are not your typical law office. Come as you are. Kids are welcome here. Become part of our family.

Our staff is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. We have represented thousands of individuals before US Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Executive Office of Immigration Review (Immigration Court), the Department of State, and US Consulates/Embassies in petitions for lawful immigration status for themselves and their family members, in maintaining their status, and in defending them from deportation/removal. We also branch outside of immigration law to handle legal matters that frequently affect the undocumented community, such as: traffic citations for driving without a license, divorce while spouse out of the country, and custody matters for minors facing deportation.

Immigration law is one of the most challenging fields for an attorney to practice. This pales in comparison to the obstacles faced by the undocumented community living in the United States. Helping a client receive a work permit, resident card, or citizenship is the most exciting part of the job. We are committed to assisting you every step of the way through your case!

La Oficina de Vanessa A. Gonzalez enfoque en la ley de inmigración y casos legales relacionados que afecta a la comunidad inmigrante y sus familias. La abogada Gonzalez estableció el bufete en 2014, después de trabajar por años como abogada supervisora de inmigración en bufetes generales más grandes, con el motivo para proporcionar una experiencia más personalizada a sus clientes.
